Part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code (participation in the riots ).
Two indicted on charges of riots on May six Swamp area have pleaded guilty .As the press service of the TFR , Maxim Luzyanin admitted his guilt in full, Andrei Barabanov - partially.Earlier it was reported that Luzyanin confessed partially and Drums denies his guilt .They were charged under Part one of Article three hundred and eighteen of the Criminal Code (use of violence not dangerous to life or health against a government representative ) and Part two of Article two hundred and twelve of the Criminal Code (participation in the riots ).Drums pleaded guilty only to the first item charges ( the use of violence against a government representative ).According to investigators , the defendants participated in breaking the cordon of police during an opposition rally in the Swamp area , the police beat her hands and feet , and used them chokes .A third defendant in this case is a eighteen -year-old Alexander Dukhanina .She has not pleaded guilty .Dukhanina , Luzyanin and Drums were arrested on May twenty-eight.The men later were arrested and the girl was placed under house arrest.Drums to the latest data is in the hospital , which came after a hunger strike .May six in Moscow was "March of millions" - a mass protest , which resulted in clashes with riot police.As a result, were arrested about four hundred people.According to authorities , about thirty police officers injured.
