Federal Antimonopoly Service Anatoly Golomolzin .

FAS will check the shareholders' agreement of the Russian- British company TNK-BP for violations of antitrust laws.On it informs RIA Novosti reported with reference to the deputy head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service Anatoly Golomolzin .He said the application for verification of submitted "Rosneft" .Golomolzin said that to the department received a complaint that the shareholders' agreement , TNK-BP could be anticompetitive .As the "Interfax" , FAS also intends to require all companies to publish in open access your shareholder agreements .According to Golomolzin , if such an agreement exists, but the market knows about it , "the situation may develop quite vague scenario."He noted that in Russia there have been several cases when companies impose restrictions on the actions not only of its partners in joint-stock companies , but also to the actions of third parties."
